I had heard about it but I had never been to this very welcoming place... it was a beautiful evening... relaxing... delicious pizza, delicate crunchy.... possibility of choosing the dough: traditional, 5 cereals or gluten free.... kind and welcoming staff... top environment... really a discovery... definitely to be done again we will return soon, maybe in a group!! N.B. we took traditional dough pizza with two flavors Trullo and Vastese I recommend them😋

I went there for a gluten-free pizza and I have to say I really liked it! The dough was super light and not rubbery at all. You can choose the flavor you prefer and, even though mine was very rich, they managed to make it very well! Extra tip: try their spoon chips (one leads to another!)

One aspect that really struck us is the attention that the restaurant pays to the needs of customers with food intolerances. The gluten free pizza, prepared with an artisanal dough created directly by their staff, is a delight. But not just the pizza: even the appetizers and fried foods are simply impeccable, with superior quality that can be perceived in every bite. Lastly, the service is exceptional. The owner, with his kindness and professionalism, knows how to put every customer at ease, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Availability and attention to detail make the difference, making every visit to "Acqua e Farina" a unique experience.
