Food was amazing but not structured enough to accommodate dietary needs.
They had the best pastry gluten free and not a single gf bread which would be easy to buy nowadays from any suppliers.
My opinion as a chef I would definitely look into having a better choices for gluten free and vegetarian options, with more variety of foods that include meat not just fish and pizza (my opinion).
The two waiters who served me last night were nice and cordial, I was stunned by their service.
If you want have the best dessert here a picture of this beautiful ricotta and choc tart with blood orange gel and vanilla custard 😋soo good.
