Our family of 8 had a reservation on our very last night in Aspen and we chose this restaurant because of their great gluten free options for me. I had been looking forward to this meal for days. I was excited to try the gluten free pizza regardless that they charge $10 extra for GF dough, which is ABSURD. Upon talking to the server they did not suggest the pizza due to cross contamination, fine. The real problem was that the kitchen refused to cook their gluten free pasta in a separate pot of water because “it would take too long” for someone who has celiac and requires it to be cooked separately. It’s honestly inexcusable when you say you have all of these gluten free options, but are not accommodating. So I ended up eating an overpriced salad and soup. All of that after spending over a thousand dollars on a meal for 6 adults and 2 children. EXTREMELY disappointing.
