Great spot for quick, healthy breakfast. The avocado toast was excellent! I got it on gluten free bread which was some of the best I have had. The Japanese iced coffee was great and the perfect strength.

Adapt is always a stop we make when visiting Wrightsville Beach. We like the coffee, açaí bowl with substituted gluten-free granola ($2 extra), and avocado smash (on gluten-free bread.) All orders are to-go orders due to no seating inside except 4 chairs. There are small benches out front as well.
