This is a hidden gem in Downtown Louisville. They have fantastic food for all tastes. The vegan menu is extensive. If you are gluten sensitive, go for the gluten-free injera bread. Definitely try the collards and green beans.

As a celiac,I can eat here. The veggie plate with teff is very good,and quite a lot of food.i want to go back. You should know that they close mid afternoon, reopening for dinner.
