Bad experience, very rude, rude staff and not available to the customers' requests. Not special food and failure to respect previously made arrangements for a graduation party. The agreed menu, the maximum available time, the menu for people with celiac disease, and the place where you were supposed to eat were not respected. Too expensive for the type of food offered

Terrible experience! Rude service, unhelpful and bordering on arrogance! We were there for a graduation party and when booking they made a thousand promises, a room available until 00.30 and the possibility of using the lift as it is on the third floor. On the day of the event, however, all the promises made vanished! Use of the elevator was prohibited even for pregnant women who had to go to floor -1 and then walk up 4 floors of stairs to go to the bathroom! Bad management even of the celiac menu, which despite the thousand warnings we gave him the days before, at the time of dinner no one knew anything and the person could only eat penne and a caprese!! Not to mention the use of the room which had magically become possible only until 11.30pm! The kitchen closes at 10.15pm and after that it wasn't even possible to ask for a coffee! We had agreed on a menu with appetizers and a large plate of pasta each but the waitress wanted to bring 1 large plate for every 3 people to put in the middle of the table and share!! They try, they're smart! Terrible impression with all the party guests, we will definitely never return!!! They should be ashamed because to get the client they promise a thousand things and then in the end they deliver nothing!!
