We were there from October 3rd. until 10/6/24 for a short vacation here. We received a very friendly welcome. The location is good, we liked Immenstaad, as far as we can tell in the short time. Very clean room with decent facilities. Location: on the main road, which has little traffic at night. Bus connection near the house and very good. You can use public transport free of charge with your guest card. Friedrichshafen can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. The breakfast is great, very rich and very tasty. Special requests are a matter of honor here. Great atmosphere for breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant twice. Sauerbraten, rump steak and onion roast, Maultaschen, panacotta and cheese variations. Everything perfectly prepared and very tasty. A trained nutritionist works there and gluten-free breakfast was no problem with notice. Gluten-free dinner recommendation included. The service staff, no more the service employees, were very friendly, funny and competent. Prices are, like everywhere else at the moment, very high. Fresh and regional greetings. Thank you for the hospitality.

In short: everything was perfect from booking over the phone to checkout! The telephone contact with the booking and the welcome at the hotel were very open and warm. This is a good way to start a vacation. Location of the hotel: very central. It's not far to the lake. The bus stops for using the free Lake Constance bus with the spa card are right in front of it. Some restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. My double room with balcony was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The breakfast was rich. My gluten-free wishes were also fulfilled. The staff was always courteous, attentive and friendly. I was happy to be a guest there in April 2024. I have a clear hotel recommendation!
