I can highly recommend this place, traditional German cuisine with a very modern twist. Vegan and gluten-free no problem... never had such a big choice when it came to food! The food was tasty, the portion was reasonable. You can even purchase various salt and herb mixtures as well as Hildegard spices and various recipe books, as well as other preserved products. The overall concept corresponds to the love that the boss has for her craftsmanship! Great evening, full house!
