Agnes

I absolutely love this neighborhood cafe. The coffee (drip, Americano, lattes) is always good, and they offer free refills on the drip coffee. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I come here a lot to get work done, and I have always felt welcome. Free WiFi available with purchase for 2 hours. The food is consistently flavorful (try the Torrijas, Shakshouka, and Huevos Agnes for breakfast and the lamb burger for lunch. Their red pepper tomato soup is also delicious and dairy-free!) and their pastries are amazing - specifically the gluten-free banana bread!

I ADORE Agnes and visit regularly! Among my favorites are: avocado toast, chicken kebab, lattes, the GLUTEN FREE banana bread, the bee knees (earl grey infused gin!?!? YES PLZ), the crab toast, the strawberry rhubarb soda… obviously the list goes on and on 😅 The staff is always kind and attentive, you get free wifi for 2 hours, and I’ve never had to make a reservation (even with a party of 6). This place is a hidden gem - if you haven’t visited yet, what are you waiting for!?
