You are embraced by the warmth of the collaborators and the beauty of the landscape. The restaurant is also delicious, with many gluten-free or vegetarian dishes and local ingredients. The attention to customers and details is well above average. The historical part in the reading room is also very suggestive. Great work guys, congratulations. We can't wait to return!

Excellent hotel spread in the middle of a green paradise. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast buffet is varied and features typical local products. It also has a wide gluten-free choice. Very careful about intolerances. The restaurant is excellent, just as shown in the episodes of Alessandro Borghese's famous programme, with a varied and refined menu of local products, which features many gluten-free and vegetarian options. The attention to intolerances was much appreciated. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, as well as helpful. Highly recommended for a weekend of relaxation and taste.
