This was the only farm stay we booked during our three week stay in Sicily. We were a bit disappointed as we expected a more farm to table experience. The food was clearly not produced on their farm. The location, though out of the way and not what we expected, was very convenient for visiting Agrigento, Villa Romana dal Casale, and the Valley of the Temples. The management supplied us with good maps of the area. All of the staff was very helpful with the exception of the diner waiter that messed up two nights in a row and was extremely rude to us. Regularly, we would have eaten somewhere else but really wanted to support the agriturism experience we came for. We expected a better outcome as he should have been replaced as our waiter. He is the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars as the breakfast staff was wonderful! Delicious coffee and asked us if we wanted more, replacing food as it was consumed. Everyone of the staff in the morning was friendly. They also made sure I had gluten free options and the breakfast was a lovely spread. We were also able to have paid laundry service which was greatly appreciated!
