There is a separate gluten free menu with a couple of choices. Unfortunately everything on the menu contains garlic so it’s not FODMAP friendly. My husband enjoyed his regular chicken teriyaki.

The ramen bowl and the shrimp and chicken
Teppanyaki was delicious. It was a lot of food.
They also have a small gluten free menu for celiacs and I was told they cook in a separate wok for safety.
