These folks are passionate about roasting. If you get a chance, pick up a bag of Finca la Mula Panamanian Geisha beans from Boquete. Let them rest a week or so at least before brewing with them, but they are truly special. Fruit bombs in the best way.
And they have vegan, gluten-free treats!
