I am Celiac, and one taste of their chipa waffle (gluten-free) has me looking into visiting Argentina to try the rest of that culture's cuisine! The smoothies are tasty too.

The BEST, most knowledgeable food allergy friendly place in the two Islands we visited. The first time I didn't feel worried about gluten contamination or lack of options. I would've bought so much more but we were getting on a plane home. DEFINITELY stop by this food truck!!
