The BEST, most knowledgeable food allergy friendly place in the two Islands we visited. The first time I didn't feel worried about gluten contamination or lack of options. I would've bought so much more but we were getting on a plane home. DEFINITELY stop by this food truck!!

If I could leave a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! The Chipa Waffle is next level. Amazing flavor, texture, and complexity. A culinary delight. This food truck has some seriously delicious food and drinks. Beetroot dream latte made from house blend of spices like ginger and black pepper was a DREAM - so well balanced - just the right amount of everything. Clean, organic high-quality ingredients. It’s all plant based and vegan, some things gluten free too! Regardless, it’s just GREAT food with great service.
