It's so nice to have vegetarian sushi that isn't fried! The tamago was on the sweeter side, which I personally like. The futo maki was a great balance of crunchy and creamy. Both were made gluten free upon request and they even sent us with a labelled side of gluten free soy sauce.

Incredible sushi and hibachi! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They went out of there way to help me find gluten-free options that I love ❤️ Family-friendly and quick service. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves Japanese food.
