Sushi great. Salad very tasty. Only problem was, I'm medically Gluten Free. I ordered the sushi lunch, which normally would come with California rolls.
Akita makes theirs with a substitute for the crab neat, which they did know was not Gluten-free, and warned me contained Gluten. So, I asked for Tuna Rolls instead if they were gluten free. There was a $2 'upcharge' for the change.

Tasty lunch at Akita. Sushi was excellent. Good Wasabi, Good Sushi, Tuna Rolls weren't as spicy as I like, but very good.
Only issue was the normal California rolls - which come with the Luncheon Sushi - have Gluten in them. $2 upcharge to replace with something safe!
