The service is TERRIBLE in capital letters. It is the first time that my partner and I have gone but we had been wanting to have dinner here for some time (after positive comments from several acquaintances), but I do not recommend it at all. To begin with, when the waiter is going to take our note, the first thing I do is tell him that I have an allergy to For example (I usually eat a lot of Japanese food because precisely that food is not typical of Japanese cuisine but I always have to warn that obviously). Totally, when he comes back from the kitchen because he told me no to everything and he was already seeing the "you're kidding" face on me, he tells me (among other things) that "since in the kitchen they don't know what exactly goes into the sauces, he will ask me for the dishes as a celiac" which makes it clear to me that 1) they don't make most of the dishes and sauces; 2) to avoid problems and based on the above, they treat me like a celiac (something I already saw coming since in their menu it is very clear that they do not modify dishes so the allergy issue, unless you are celiac, they pass it through the lining and remain so wide. So far good because in the end it would not be the first place where they do this, although with the supposed quality they sell it should not be like that and more Japanese cuisine (supposedly fusion with Mediterranean) oh well. Also apart from how long it took between courses, and that the waiters were clearing tables as if they were kicking us out (two more months and it wasn't even 11pm); When we were going to pay, this time in cash, the waitress who served us asked me if I wanted her to bring me the change. The first time she asked me, I looked at her without answering because it is obvious that I want her to bring me the change or is it that you charge a little more to those who pay by card or do you round up the bill? (I should have explained it to her directly like that apparently) Since she was not very smart or she lacks enough professionalism, she told me “it's not worth coming back” (she was referring to walking to our table) and since I didn't answer her again because it bordered on the absurd, she took and started counting the money, which was in the little box they give you with the bill, on our table, she reiterated, in front of us (something that has already totally gotten me mad) I imagine for see if it was fair or not, which I already told you it obviously wasn't. When he checked it, he asked me again if I wanted the change, to which I said yes, because even if there were cents left over, it seems unprofessional to ask me if I want you to bring me the change (another thing is whether I decide to leave a tip or not). She left “annoyed” and the worst thing of all is that she kept half of the change because she didn't bring it correctly, which I didn't even want to complain to her about because she left the box and disappeared, apparently it bothered her to walk to our table (which was located in the side room they have), as if it were our fault or she was making a super effort. Shameful is an understatement. I don't know if it's a lack of professional staff in the sector and they hire anyone or it's a lack of training in your waiters, but the treatment is really terrible, we won't return even though the food wasn't bad, although I can tell you how expensive it is for what they offer, because obviously the phrase “I'll take out the bottle and you read the label to see what's on it” has been fully portrayed.
