Amazing gluten free / lactose free pizza. The crust was so good we could hardly believe it was GF. Nice low key music & great atmosphere too. Noto is beautiful - love it and love this place.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten - crispy dough and delicious toppings. There are several variants available for the pizza base: whole grain, 'Nera' with biochar, gluten-free etc...

The pizza with charcoal and sesame seed dough is excellent, tasty and highly digestible, light, the kind that "you can sleep peacefully at night". The one with traditional dough is also excellent. Ingredients for the quality stuffing, from vegetables to mozzarella, through tomato sauce. Gluten-free dough available. The owner is very affable and available to meet customers' needs by personalizing the pizzas as they like, despite the menu choice being wide and including particular combinations, different from the usual ones. The only "sad" note: in the evening for dinner the restaurant only serves pizza, delicious I repeat, but for those who don't want it, there are no alternatives. For lunch, however, the restaurant offers Sicilian-style cuisine.
