Al-Farid St Albans

Loved it! Service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Food was served reasonably quick, considering it was busy restaurant. However, we have ordered mezzes only. All mezzes were tasty, they have vegan, gluten free mezze options. The atmosphere is cosy, authentic with Asian style tables and chairs and ornaments. Definitely made nice vibe. Overall did enjoy the evening and the dinner :)

Excellent restaurant and excellent food, went for dinner on Friday night and was delayed, but staff were very helpful and held table for us. Service once we got there was excellent and attentive, the restaurant is far bigger than it appears on the outside and the decor and ambience was lovely. The food was super, something so simple as Houmous tastes better than the norm, and the Tagines they use for main meals were simply exquisite! Definitely recommending this restaurant to friends and family, and will definitely be returning as choice of food for anyone with certain dietary requirements was excellent such as gluten free or vegetarian options which they have so many of.
