Had gluten free fish and chips today.
Fish battered in gf flour and cooked on the clean grill plate.
The chips are cooked in a dedicated chips only fryer.Note* was aware of the risk as gluten product in fryer next to it.
Was delicious, very fresh ,not fatty and i had no reactions being a coeliac
Service was awesome.
Best in a long time.
Friends who had regular fish and chips , squid rings, hash browns , potatoe cakes said they were the best they have had in years.
