Super recommended 😉 Everything was delicious 😋 and the service was fantastic. We ordered 3 starters (beef tongue and lemon fish tartare and an oxtail croquette), 2 main dishes (Steak deer tartare and burnt octopus with chickpea cream), 2 desserts (creamy horchata and Pedro Ximénez zabaione) and 3 glasses of red wine + bread and a black coffee. In total, €88.30. We will return to try more things on the menu!! They adapted the dessert to be gluten- and dairy-free, and they also made the bread with and without gluten. Excellent menu degustación. The croqueta was delicious as was the fois. The wine pairing is a must - the orange wine a particular favourite. The service was exemplary, as ever. We will be back! Everything on the tasting menu could be adapted for gluten free diners (celiaca in particular) or swapped out for a similarly delicious dish.
