The gluten free pancakes were delicious 😋! So fluffy and tasty. The banana toffee dessert was also yummy. It's a Western style menu. Highly recommend!

A little pricey, but all high-quality ingredients which are so rare to find in Japan are available for meals. Everything is meat, fish, dairy gluten, white sugar & chemical free according to the menu. Some dishes might make you wonder as there are ingredients like "smoked salmon" but everyone can eat all the dishes which are healthy & plantbased. It was the first time I had a jackfruit burger in Japan and it did not disappoint - nice flavors & textures. The protein bowl is very tasty, healthy & filling too to get a great supply of vitamins and minerals as well as yummy plantbased proteins. It's a little hard to work things out on the qr code menu - easy to add things as extras which are already inside the dishes, but a good English version as well as japanese with pictures. Great to read that they're using recycled glass and biodegradable paper as well as almost no single-user plastic anywhere. A lot of superfoods in pressed juices, kombucha and smoothies under the #foodasmedicine philosophy
