Ale Works

During our visit to Bismarck this was maybe our favorite place. We visited for lunch on a Thursday. It wasn't super busy. The atmosphere is really nice and upscale for the area but very comfortable. The food was excellent. I have Celiac Disease so gluten free options are always appreciated. I had the AW Cheeseburger with a GF bun and a salad. The GF bun was THE BEST I have ever had. It was soft, fresh and delicious. In most restaurants, GF busn are so chewy or hard they are inedible. The greens on the salad were amazingly fresh. My husband got the Meatloaf Sandwich. It was delicious. We shared a side of fries and I'm so glad we ordered them because they were amazing!! Aaron was our server and I can't say enough good things about the service provided by this young man. It only added to a fantastic dining experience.
