The most authentic Italian style pizza I've had since coming back to Australia. Seems like a proper slow fermentation of the dough, good gluten development, great tomato base, cooked well (nice char underneath). Can't ask for more! Will definitely be back.

This place has the best pizza I have eaten in 10 years. Ordered a gluten free ham and pineapple Pizza which did not disappoint. The pizza dough is made in front of you and only takes about 5-15 minutes wait. The toppings are fresh and hot. I will be back in the future. The staff are friendly, polite and professional highly recommend you will not regret it.
