Allergens are not stated correctly and waiters do not know about them.
Regarding visit 01/06/23:
The common allergens are not shown correctly on the menu; for example, herbal butter does not have an allergen listed, even though it usually contains butter, i.e. milk. (This refers to the rump steak) The waiter could not give an answer to the question of whether the rump steak was gluten-free. This is particularly important for people with celiac disease. When we asked, he asked in the kitchen and the answer was that the steak was “most likely” or “actually should be gluten-free”. Having a correct allergen card is a legal requirement and may otherwise result in liability. In the interest of customers with allergens, food intolerances and customers who want/need to avoid certain ingredients for other reasons, this should be urgently reworked. Our waiter asked us to write a review because, according to his own statement, his comments to the management would not be taken seriously.
