Huge portions!! I also come from Texas, so it's nice seeing restaurants outside of Texas giving very generous amounts. I got the Cali omelette, and it comes with a side of potatoes (herb roasted or hash browns) plus a side of pancake or toast (I got the gluten free pancakes and it was pretty good, and I've tried a lot of different kinds).
