Alimentari Beach Montauk

Atmosphere is really nice and servers + staff are wonderful. The food was solid, but didn’t blow my socks off and that’s just fine. Meatballs were meatballs. Nothing too crazy here but tasted homemade and fresh. The Penne Bolognese was good, although the bottom noodles were a bit lukewarm. Most likely due to the plate not being hot enough. I don’t know why they don’t advertise that they serve gluten free pasta / pizza. Girlfriend got a gluten free spaghetti and the pasta was cooked perfectly for GF. Tasty! Would come back to get a classic Italian fix for a decent price in Montauk. Outdoor seating is nice, might get a little loud inside.

Absolutely will be back. To start, I first called to check if there were gluten free options and the gentleman who helped me on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. When we walked in, the restaurant is decorated so nicely and there are cool shelves throughout out with olive oils, pastas ect. Our waitress was really nice and everything came out great. The gluten free pizza is a cauliflower crust and tasted amazing. The espresso martini was also top notch!
