Wonderful, excellent. The super delicious and al dente gluten-free pasta carbonara. The antipasti, mortadella and delicious Caccio e peppe are ideal.

We were going with great expectations to celebrate my wife's birthday. She has many food intolerances and there she could have a gluten-free pasta. He asked for it to be just with tomato and basil but they forgot the basil. The rest is really nothing extraordinary, entrail stew, rigatoni amatriciana and risotto. We are not sure if we will return to give it another chance.
