Alimentaria Mexicana

Ines our waiter was knowledgeable about the salsas and gave us great pointers on what was hot and not. Our soft tacos were excellent! The guacamole was very fresh with the nice touch of added pepitas for garnish. They will make pretty much anything gluten free ( many dishes are already gf and a swap of corn for flour tortillas does the trick). Loved the house made tortilla chips. This is not a Tex Mex restaurant. We will absolutely 💯 be back again when we are in Vancouver.

The pork belly tacos were fantastic, however the Baja shrimp was lacking. The menu stated that there were gluten-free options, but the fryers are shared making any food cooked in them not safe for anyone who has celiac disease.
