If you want to learn something from almost every dish, but they are all still approachable, go here. We had almost every dish other than the entrees and they were all at least great and most were fabulous.
Cauliflower was the surprising stand out to me. Mushrooms were great as always. I was skeptical about the panna cotta and chocolate cake but they were also both amazing!
Also. Mad props to Scott the bartender and beverage program creator. I'm a cocktail snob and his drinks were amazing and most of them also taught me something or surprised me in some way. Very complex drinks. Limao and pistachio were delicious and complex. Rainwater negroni was not what I expected, it really was like super complex rainwater, and a bit smoky from the sotol.
Lastly, someone in my party was gluten free. And literally almost everything on the menu was gluten free ! How cool is that!
I seriously think we'll go back to all saints seasonally just to see what they are up to!
