Pasta Poetry is a great new addition to the Fairfield area. Here they sell fresh pasta by weight, they cater for vegan and gluten-free customers, and have other items like lasagna, fresh sauces and parmesan to add to your pasta night needs. I've already enjoyed their vegan pumpkin ravioli, saffron tagliatelle, and gnocchi which I paired with their ragu sauce. Very excited to try more pastas as they come up with more flavours.
