Came to the Wynn to check out the hotel and find a restaurant to eat at. Found Allegro, Italian-American cuisine. We got in right away without a reservation. We informed them I have a gluten and dairy allergy, the server immediately gave me a separate menu and said gluten free bread will be right out. I was shocked! I quickly learned that Vegas does not have many allergy friendly options. Very kind staff, always making sure to confirm the ingredients in the dishes I was getting, even getting me a separate olive oil for my bread! Dinner was fantastic, and reasonable prices also!

Told them we were gluten free. Waitress was clueless as to what that was so she brought us their allergy menu. Then they brought us regular bread so I again said we are gluten free so we don't need it and asked if they had gluten free bread. They said yes. 20 minutes later I asked about the gluten free bread and they said they would bring some. Finally the chef came to our table to ask about the way my wife wanted her pasta and I asked him about the gluten free bread. He brought some out himself, which was just a gluten free hamburger bun that was still frozen in the middle. My wife's pasta was good but I got the Salmon, which I get often all over the country. My salmon was by far the worst salmon I have ever had. It was overcooked, tasted bad and the mussels with it were also way overcooked, like chewing hard beef jerky. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Our waiter also changed literally 4 times while we were there because they said they had different people going off their shift. In Vegas 1 week, ate out 2-3 times per day with zero budget restrictions and this was by far the worst place we ate at.
