This was a late birthday meal for my partner. The meal was as close to perfect as I could've expected. The waiter looking after us (davide) was knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything very well, how different blends of food went together and advice on cooking the steaks and insured what parts of my pudding my partner could try and she is gluten free.
The waygu steak was divine. Good to slow cook it ourselves with little smoker grills, we also got sirloin waygu which was cooked medium rare which was also amazing. Special mention to the sauce that came with the waygu. It quite simply is the best sauce I have ever tasted,
the lobster was expceptional, I'm not a great lover of truffle but was perfectly balanced and not too overpowering.
Mushroom risotto was so flavourful and reasonably priced,
The cannoli pudding was beautiful, fresh home made ice cream was so tasty.
The cheesecake, my partner said was the best piece of cheesecake she had ever eaten.
To finish it off I was given a shot of locally made honey rum, I could've drank the whole bottle. It was smooth and sweet and was a perfect way to end the meal.
The food was that great, the price wasn't even surprising, and was genuinely worth every single penny.
We will definatley be coming back here the next time we come to tenerife! .
