This place was absolutely delicious!!! No seed oils, food was fresh. They have a variety of breakfast snacks. Must try their homemade gluten free chocolate chip muffin!!

Stopped to pick up breakfast on our road trip — best homemade yogurt and granola we’ve ever had, incredible muffins (that happen to be gluten free!) and owners/staff was amazing. Will be ordering food to pick up on our next drive down to OBX and keep in the freezer/house for the week — they’ll cater to any dietary needs and it’s a great place to order easy meals ahead or stop for a meal!
