Great service, I’m a coeliac and they provide a good menu. The staff are well trained either gluten free and are thorough.

The service here is very bad, go to the one in Deansgate.
We waited almost 40 minutes for an hamburger (in our case they didn't tell us at the beginning that there was such a long waiting time). The food wasn't good, my friend had gluten free bread which was still frozen, fries were old, I asked for mayonnaise which never arrived.
£40 for two cokes, two hamburgers with one with frozen bread, and one portion of old fries.
