One of the best dining experienced we have ever had.
The food was absolutely amazing. Everything that arrive at the table was phenomenal with fantastic tastes, even for members of our party who were vegan and gluten intolerant.
The staff were friendly, funny, and importantly were extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine.
If you are visiting Hobart, a visit to Aloft is a must.

My pet hate is when a restaurant offers only a set menu. But when they get it right like Aloft, then it's just amazing. Luckily. Our waiter was one of the best we've ever had, very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to chat. Everything on the set menu was gluten free except the vegetarian options, which is fine with me. The view and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended.
