Just returned from a September stay, returned for the second time, fantastic cuisine, efficient and courteous service, quality spa, clean and well managed, particular praise to the pastry chef Valentina, superb, as a celiac I ate fantastic desserts, the best thing of the menu, uncommon attention to gluten-free. Top hotel and location. Excellent service . The staff is highly trained and, what is no small feat, friendly and approachable. Excellent cuisine and for me, as I am celiac, it has added value. Cristian, the pastry chef, prepares fantastic gluten-free desserts. The spa is also excellent and beautiful, with highly trained and always present staff. Thank you for this beautiful holiday. We will definitely be back and I will also send some of my acquaintances.
