When people joke about "$10 lattes", this is where you go so it's not a joke. Getting breakfast there, the gluten free bread is $2.00 extra, adding a single egg is $2.50, oat milk is extra, a flavor is extra, so you're looking at close to $30 for a latte and toast. I gave the food a good rating because it is very good food with unique combinations, delicious ingredients, things like brie and arugula which are always fresh tasting and good quality, and the lattes are amazing, but still, you can't help but to feel gouged. I did want to come here just to comment that their drip coffee refill policy it stupid. It only applies if you buy a drip coffee specifically in a for-here mug. I spent close to $10 on a latte, but I had to buy an additional drip coffee for 3.75. They wouldn't just give me a refill, even though I had spent more money on the latte than I would have if I had started with a plain drip coffee. The employee said it was to "reduce waste," but they were actually more wasteful by giving me the coffee in a cup that I then poured into my paper cup (reused from my latte), and now they just have an extra dish to wash. She said she wouldn't pour it into my cup, which I get for cleanliness rules, but why can't they just give it to you in a to-go cup then? The whole thing was just extremely idiotic and made no sense at all. If you have a policy you make people abide by, don't say it's to "reduce waste" if it doesn't even actually reduce waste. Just say you don't do refills, then you won't have to charge someone double for literally no reason. Also, they keep the place so cold that I had to move to my car to work because I was literally in pain from the air conditioning. Bring a coat if you plan to work remote from here. In all: amazing coffee, great good, experience leaves you feeling crappy.
