First time in Hinsdale and stumbled on this gem! Best pizza I’ve had as someone who is gluten sensitive. Staff were very friendly and welcoming!! I will definitely come back ☺️

We had plans for another place for lunch, until we walked in a got an unstoppable craving for pizza based on the smells alone. This place is the epitome of small cozy food spot. They know a lot about where they source their ingredients from, and they have ingredients that make it easier for those with gluten issues (real flour instead of cauliflower crust!) They make a lot of pizzas and dishes that can be taken and baked at home, but we got a couple pizzas cooked there and they were delicious. I’m glad this place isn’t down the street or I would spend way too much here all the time. 10/10 Owners are super nice too!
