Everything we had at Altro Paradiso was absolutely fantastic. You can really tell how much care goes into making their food—it hits every taste bud perfectly. The staff was super attentive to my need for gluten-free food, ensuring everything was celiac-friendly. The fresh gluten-free pasta was amazing—easily one of the best I’ve enjoyed since having to adopt a gluten-free diet!! I highly recommend the cacio e pepe and also the salsiccia—they're both incredibly delicious.
