This cake blew my mind. First of all, I’m barely much of a cake lover in the first place. On top of that, I’m gluten free so I sometimes lose hope that I can find tasty baked items that measure up to the regular gluten filled ones. Not only was this as good as a normal cake, it was miles ahead. I usually dislike frosting on cake as it is just overkill, but this frosting was so delicious. Alyssa, you knocked it out of the park and I am a forever fan.
