Amada

One of the finest and most unique restaurants in the AC area. Chef Garces has created a delicious and unique menu (which also happens to be mostly gluten free by the way). The service is top notch no matter when you go or who you get. But if you get Cheech as your server, you’ll probably ask for him next time :) There are no finer dining views in all of NJ than at Amada. Panoramic ocean and boardwalk views, even if you are not seated at the window tables. The cocktails and sangrias are delicious. Everything on the menu is great but I highly suggest the pork dishes as an entree. The pernil, Iberico steak and paellas are out of this world. A great spot for a celebratory dinner, and when they offer their holiday brunches, they are just the best anywhere.

Went to Amada for the first time last night for my husband's birthday. My son and I have celiac....ironically so did our server. Our server was so helpful and knew exactly what we should eat and not eat. The fryer is not a dedicated fryer so we avoided anything fried. The food was beautifully presented and so scrumptious. There were lots of gluten free options including a dessert. Zero stomach issues and would definitely return.
