I'm giving a low service mark to the owner, not staff. With a menu of very delicious vegan, gluten free, range-free, grass-fed, organic and local food choices, you rate low with sugar alternatives options. I ordered a ginger latte but couldn't drink it without the commercial syrup flavor. The one sugar flavoring from that company is vanilla but they use maltitol which raises blood sugar levels. I was able to get a no sugar option for the chai and matcha lattes. A staff person was a little taken aback by my request and warned me that the chai would be really spicy without the sugar. There wasn't a Truvia (stevia with erythritol) packet to be found. Vegan, gluten free, range-free, grass-fed, organic and local foods is great but you don't offer healthy sugar alternatives. Why not go all the with being healthy? I was very disappointed that I couldn't drink the ginger latte!!! My food was good but I had to insist on no sugar or syrup on my waffles. It was good with just the fruit. It could be better with a sprinkling of powdered monk fruit or erythritol. Just saying...
