Excellent food and great service. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free and appeared coeliac safe. The only very small thing that could be improved is the restaurant seating layout, which was quite cramped and would be difficult to move around in for some people.

Our hotel owner recommended Amaro as it was a couple of minutes walk from where we were staying and just behind the Blackpool Winter Garden. The ristorante is very smart and upmarket (compared to some places in Blackpool). Friendly, helpful staff who knew their menu well (and spoke Italian which is always a good sign for an Italian restaurant in the UK). Couldn't fault the food or service. They also offer a great range of gluten free options, great for me and my sister who have coeliac disease. Immaculately clean toilets. Good value for money. Well worth a visit, but worth booking a table in busy dance seasons.
