Amber, Now in its 18th year of operation. After closing for renovation in 2018, Amber made a stunning comeback in May 2019. Dutch-born chef Richard Ekkebus's restaurant has undergone a radical revamp. The refreshed space feels natural, with soft curves and undulating gold sculptures hanging overhead. As opposed to the à la carte of the past, it now serves only prix-fixe menus, one of which is vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free with reduced salt. The new Amber no longer uses dairy, gluten, refined sugar or salt. Food is of high quality, innovative and will pleasure any palate.

Caviar lobster and sea urchin jelly The top layer is full of caviar, and there are lobster jelly and sea urchin hidden inside, which is full of layers! It is indeed a signature dish!
