Mike, the GM was super nice, great atmosphere and perfect place for a group or family meal. The dough is made with a good quality high gluten flour, organic tomatoes, and a good quality milk mozz. Solid bar style pie and good flavor overall. I was hoping for a bit more air in the dough, slightly dense for a high gluten 24hr rise.
