If I could give more stars I would. I wish I would have caught our waitresses name but we visited on 5/26 and she was absolutely wonderful. I have a gluten allergy and her and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help keep me safe. They brought out ingredients for me to check before they made my food, she was asking me questions, and was extremely understanding. Her attitude of "I don't know but I'll find out" is extremely rare in this area and I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I had the grilled chicken with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Portions were large and it was amazing. The side salad was large and very good. My boyfriend had the chefs choice. Again HUGE portions and everything was fantastic. This wasn't an establishment I would have thought I could eat at safely because down home cooking usually involves flour of some kind but I will be back often. Thank you for your kindness! I do not have that experience around here very often.
