Americana Restaurant

Americana is a lovely dining experience. Despite having multiple large parties going on, they were able to squeeze us in today. Upon arrival we were promptly seated with a view of the water (our preference is inside). Had there been a wait, we would have enjoyed the artistic works of Vladimir Kush in comfortable sofas. A kids menu was provided, however they did not have a gluten-free menu. Our waiter was attentive to our needs and the kitchen was generous with making every dish accommodating for a gluten allergy. We did order “too much” because there was so much we wanted to try! Sashimi, charcuterie, A5 wagyu, Iberico… it was all delicious. We need to dine here more often. As a personal trainer and nutritionist I appreciated the diversity of the menu. You could truly make a meal as indulgent as you want to, or align it with your fitness goals. Having the option for both makes it possible to return to the lovely ambiance more frequently. I definitely recommend Americana for your next celebratory meal!

Americana is a very lovely restaurant on the lake in Desert Shores, Las Vegas. The food at this place is very nicely prepared. As for me & my gluten & lactose intolerant friends; we LOVE that the Chef will prepare our food according to our specifications. They truly understand food allergies and they go out of their way to satisfy our special requests. Americana is our go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner with our clients and for entertaining friends. The ambiance is amazing. Prices are very reasonable! Definitely a Must-Try; Must-Go for everyone!
