My wife and I love Amerigos! The West End location is our favorite. There’s easy parking (hard to find sometimes in downtown Nahsville). Our waiter tonight was Gradea, he was fantastic! He made good recommendations and accommodated our gluten allergy. He was smooth with his timing of items in the order and gave us updates on when things would be out. We’ll be back!

The server started out really strong asking all the right questions with my gluten allergy only to bring my salad out with croutons 🤔 My friend enjoyed her steak/mashed potatoes/asparagus. My pasta (Imperial) texture was perfect but the dish itself lacked flavor, though the bacon pieces (when properly cooked, not fatty) added nice texture. My friend and I were there to celebrate my birthday gifts and all but 0 acknowledgement from the staff. Lastly, it was hours before realizing I left my debit card at the restaurant. My friend that took me to lunch was still in the area but b/c I had an early flight 11/16, I was going to have her pick it up for me and provide her name at the restaurant. They refused which ultimately led me calling my bank to report a lost card. I was not going to drive 1.5 hours round trip before an early morning flights due to their lack of flexibility. So on my birthday weekend I'm without direct access to cash. For this reason, lack of customer service (debit card and disregard for food allergy) and flavor in my dish specifically, I will not be returning. [There was also a party of 8 that the restaurant allowed two children 2/3 to run around. One fell and busted his head open. It was not a peaceful lunch]
