The best gluten-free pastries I've ever eaten! And my job is traveling the world. I didn't try the bread, and I regret it. 6******.

I bought some pastries, a cream puff, a chocolate croissant, and an empanada—it was spectacular! My partner, who isn't celiac, said he couldn't taste the difference with gluten. I also bought a loaf of bread. I tried it as soon as I left and had to go back and buy two more. Crispy crust and fluffy crumb, a luxury for sandwiches. I would definitely go back!

Searching for a gluten-free and lactose-free bakery and pastry shop on the internet, I found Amets Bakery shortly after it opened. As we are from Vitoria, it was difficult for us to get around to going, but once there, you won't regret it... Everything was excellent, the service was a 10 and, most importantly, the bread, napolitana, empanada, donuts, palmeras, everything was also a 10... we are already planning our next visit. In Vitoria, there is nothing similar in terms of product quality. With the flavours, you don't realise you are eating gluten-free and lactose-free, and I say this because I am not intolerant and I have tried everything and I have been very surprised. My wife has had intolerances for some time now and she has not tried anything as delicious anywhere else!!!
